I Was Away At Her Wedding And My Co-founders And I Really Wanted To Use Canada Day As The Date To Launch Our New Concept Site. The Idea Was Simple - Let Fans Have A Voice. Myself And Two Very Good Friends From Bishop’s University Set Out To Write A Business Plan, Raise Some Capital And Make A Living In The Sports World. Both My Partners Were From The Sports Media Angle - While I Was More From The Business And Internet Marketing Angle. We Managed To Raise $50,000 From Friends And Family And Launched Quite A Good Product That, In Hindsight, Was 3 Years To Early. This Site, Which Has Been Recreated 3 Times Now - Will Serve As A Means To Tell That Story. What We Did, How We Did It, What Went Right, What Went Wrong And What Lessons I Have Learned From It.
